The closest and most convenient airport is Faro Airport (FAO). Travelling from the airport to your accommodation — and getting around the Algarve in general — is simple, with Uber offering reliable and reasonably priced journeys.
If you’d prefer to drive, car rentals are available directly at the airport, though it’s best to book ahead to save time on arrival.
There are plenty of great places to stay nearby, and we’ve put together a shortlist below to make things easier. On the wedding day, shuttle buses will collect everyone from Quinta do Lago, so choosing a hotel in that area — or in the surrounding spots of Vilamoura, Almancil, or Quarteira — will work perfectly.
